2.Liaise with operations regarding administrative issues
3.Taking minutes of meetings.
4.Looking for the best quotations as and when required.
5.Filling.
6.Reception and sending of mails/Fax.
7.Any other cognate duty.
Education
1.SC-HSC
2.Certificate/Diploma in secreterial duties and Diploma in Business Mangement by a recognized institution would be an advantage.
Profile
1.Ability to work under pressure.
2. Dynamic and pleasant personality.
3.Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
4.Fluent in English and French.
5. Computer literate.
Experience
1. At least 2-3 years experience in administration duties.
