Posting Description

As a Teller, you will perform cashiering transactions while providing excellent customer service in conformity with established policies and procedures to meet customers' needs while safeguarding institution's assets.

Detailed Description

Carry out cashiering transactions in a timely and efficient manner to meet customers' requirements;

Perform Till cash balancing at end of day in an effective way for smooth running of the Branch operations;

Greet, assist and handle promptly customer queries/requests from end to end in view of providing the best level of service and achieve customer satisfaction;

Comply with all relevant laws, codes, rules, regulations, procedures and standards of best working practice in order to minimise financial loss and protect the good name and reputation of the institution.

Live and display the institution’s brand and values in all daily activities in order to uphold and further strengthen the brand internally and externally.

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

 Either

Higher School Certificate or equivalent

Or

GCE A-Level + a recognised Diploma in a relevant field

Other Requirements

Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & French)

Good interpersonal skills and learning agility

Strong interest in interacting with customers

Consistently act in accordance with clear ethics and values

Competency Requirements
