Engineer Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Should have experience in configuration and troubleshooting of high-end telecom networks
2. The ideal candidate will be an Engineer, who is a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
3. Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must.
4. Sound fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of  telecom Concepts 

Skill Set Required:

• Should have minimum 2+ years of experience
• Must be good in French
• Good experience in Customer Service
• Should have hands on experience with IP telephony, VoIP, SIP and PABX
• Good Knowledge in ISDN technology
• A complete understanding of the technologies and protocols that are required to deploy and manage a distributed architecture, e.g., numerous devices connected across an IP network.
