As Technical Sales Representative within the company, the main duties involve role in sales, marketing and promoting the company’s products and service and brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage prospects accurately & effectively.
- Search for new clients and maximise client potential in designated regions & segments
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients and potential clients
- Provide Pre-sales & Sales issues that may arise and to give after-sales support services with technical back up as required
- Take measurement on site
- Assist Sales Executive in preparation of quotation.
- Validate quotations done by Sales Executives.
- Keeping in contact with customers before and after a sale
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients
- Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects
- Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and other marketing events
- Make technical presentations
- Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical staffs.
- Help in the design of custom-made products
- Attend conferences to understand industry trends
- Chase payment (Debtors) if needed

- Available to work flexible hours when needed.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Fluent in French & English both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Minimum HSC or equivalent
- Certificate in Sales and Marketing or other related field would be an advantage
- Valid driving licence
