As Technical Sales Representative within the company, the main duties involve role in sales, marketing and promoting the company’s products and service and brand.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Manage prospects accurately & effectively.
  2. Search for new clients and maximise client potential in designated regions & segments
  3. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients and potential clients
  4. Provide Pre-sales & Sales issues that may arise and to give after-sales support services with technical back up as required
  5. Take measurement on site
  6. Assist Sales Executive in preparation of quotation.
  7. Validate quotations done by Sales Executives.
  8. Keeping in contact with customers before and after a sale
  9. Develop long-term relationships with key clients
  10. Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects
  11. Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records
  12. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and other marketing events
  13. Make technical presentations
  14. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical staffs.
  15. Help in the design of custom-made products
  16. Attend conferences to understand industry trends
  17. Chase payment (Debtors) if needed

  2. Motivated self-starter who feels ownership for activities and results.
  3. Quick and effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of an organization.
  5. Understanding of customer service, problem-solving, salesmanship and communication skills; technical skills such as advanced knowledge of the products being sold and ability to assist customers with any technical problems
  6. Available to work flexible hours when needed.

 

REQUIREMENT

  1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  2. Excellent communication and sales skills
  3. Fluent in French & English both written and spoken
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
  5. Minimum HSC or equivalent
  6. Certificate in Sales and Marketing or other related field would be an advantage
  7. Valid driving licence
