Orange Business Services on hunt for a Team Leader in the Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM) department.
Description:
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, the incumbent will be knowledgeable in building services, which shall include general maintenance, electrical and plumbing, UPS, Air conditioning, Alarm systems, CCTV and H&S equipment. The selected candidate duties will consist of taking the lead and follow up on current and ongoing projects and will have some line management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper and timely space management reporting
- Responsible for the follow ups and closure of building services and maintenance (Electric and plumbing works) related queries from staff and management;
- Day to day monitoring of operational issues with the REFM team;
- Reporting as required by the Head of REFM.
- Represent the department in induction session;
- Take the lead in handling for interaction with vendors as necessary.
- Line Management for Facilities coordinators, Handyman and receptionist
- Follow up of KPIs as set by management.
- Provide assistance and necessary facilitation for audits, when so required
Education and Profile
- Diploma in technical field and/or management field
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position
