ENL Corporate Services Limited is looking for a Talent Development Manager to establish and manage talent development programmes and initiatives to ensure potential leaders across ENL are identified, assessed and effectively developed.

The Talent Development Manager will have as main responsiblites to:

  • Develop or modify training programs and improve exising ones.
  • Support managers and HRs in identifying training needs so as to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
  • Formulate training policies by working closely with the Head of Human Resources.
  • Liaise with Managers and employees to know work situations which requires learning and development initiatives.
  • Organise learning and development activities.
  • Implement training programs such as induction ,on-the job training and employee orientation.
  • Ensure high quality service and continuous improvement by evaluating facilitators’ performance.
  • Develop and maintain the performance review processes
  • Assist Managers in setting objectives for their employees
  • Identify HR priorities and make recommendations for people management.

Profile of successful candidates:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • Above 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills coupled with a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to contribute to, and work within, a team environment flexibly with a willingness to contribute to other functional areas.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
