We are looking for Teleagents to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answering customer calls and Providing customers with product or service information.
- Maintaining customer records by updating databases with call information and outcomes
- Following up on customer inquiries or unresolved issues
- Handle issues related to bets or payments
- Meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handling changes in policies.
- Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge, and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum SC
- Ability to work in odd hours
- Clear and confident speaking and listening abilities
- Strong negotiation skill
- Able to work in a team environment
- Computer literate
