A well-known private hospital is on verge of recruiting a System Network Administrator
Main Duties:
Reporting to the Head of IT, the job incumbent shall primarily be responsible to:
- Ensure the Installation, configuration and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Routers, Switches, Firewall)
- Provide effective day-to-day support on hardware and software related issues
- Perform system and network monitoring and manage scheduled tasks such as backups
- Implement and maintain defined security policies, rules and procedures (sops)
- Ensure good condition of the data center.
- Process database administration specific assignments
- Project driven
- Support to top Management
- Assist the technical support team when required.
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Ensure licensing compliance and domain renewal.
- Work with service providers as per SLAs
- Work on shift basis and ON Call as per roster
Skills & Competencies:
- Good practical knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (centos, redhat) and Windows (Desktop & Server)
- Experience in Virtualization(Vmware, Hyper V), network administration, routers, switch, firewalls, IP Telephony, VPN
- Fast learner and Customer Focus
