Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the storekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of purchases, purchase orders, requisitions, etc.
Its main responsibilities will be:
• Maintain accurate storekeeping registers, files, directories, and inventories.
• Follow the established procedures of the establishment and ensure strict compliance with these procedures by all members of the staff (requisition, signature, etc.).
• Receive delivery of supplies, equipment and equipment.
• Check the quality and quantity of items received.
• Inspect for damage or non-conformity of received items.
• Place the items received in the appropriate storage areas already in place.
• Monitor inventory levels of available parts and advise purchasing department when quantities are low.
• Keep the blind in a clean and orderly condition on a daily basis.
• Assist in the monthly physical inventory of the stock.
• Inform of all obsolete / damaged items or any other type of damage.
• Maintain an online inventory system on a daily basis by displaying stock movements and other operations on the system.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules.
Any other cognate duties
• A minimum of 2 years experience as Storekeeper in the hotel sector;
• Residing in the north will be an advantage
