Steward in the Kitchen dept

• Basic theoretical knowledge (Form III) At least 1 year experience as steward in a hotel environment

• Standardise procedures according to handbooks, checklists…

• Measure and report non-conformances to the standards, regulations and procedures

• Be responsible for records and documentation and ensure their updates

Perform corrective actions agreed with his manager within prescribed deadline
