LUX* Chongzuo, Guangxi (74 Keys) is located in the Mingshi Village, Daxin County in Chongzuo City about 37 kilometres away from the well-known Detian Transnational Waterfall and about 210 kilometres away from the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang, an autonomous region in southern China.
LUX* Chongzuo, Guangxi is projected to open in two phases and the first phase will be in January 2021.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Oversee the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the LUX* Me Spa at the resort.
- Lead and play an instrumental role in developing the wellness elements of LUX* Me which includes fitness and entertainment.
- Provide assistance and guidance to our Guests and ensure that high standard of service is maintained by the Spa Therapists at all times.
- Actively participate in budget preparation for the Spa and ensure that the set financial targets for the department are met.
- Maximise sales opportunities and revenues through Spa visits and consultations.
- Advise Guests on the various packages and treatments offered by LUX* Me.
- Develop knowledge and competencies of subordinates by providing on-the-job training and coaching.
- Monitor and ensure that all treatment rooms are cleaned and properly maintained in accordance with the hygiene, health and safety guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education at Degree Level in Leisure Management from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
- Recognised qualifications in Spa/ Beauty Therapy: CIBTAC or CIDESCO or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- A minimum of 10 years of working experience in Spa preferably in a 5 star resort.
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience as Spa Manager.
- At least 5 years of working experience in training Spa Team Members.
- Knowledge and experience with integrated wellness approaches.
