JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide high standards of efficiency, professionalism, conduct and customer care.
Maximizing all sales opportunities and revenues through spa visits and consultations.
Ensuring the spa is kept at a five star standard in terms of treatments, presentation and cleanliness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy.
EXPERIENCE
Working experience as a Therapist in a Hotel Spa Environment (Minimum 12 Months)

The Spa Therapist must be able to carry out to LUX* Resorts’ standard (five star service level):
Level 2 Massage & Body Treatments AND/OR Level 2 Aesthetic Treatments

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Effective communicator.
