Sommelier(ère)
Key Responsibilities
•Ability to advise the clients on wines selection and food pairing
•Maintain and promote Grays selection of Wine & Spirits
•Advise on wine selection for portfolio
•Coordinate wine tasting events and presentation on regular basis
•Continuously train staff on existing and new wines & spirits
•Ensuring effective team work and co-operation with events team
•Advise Management of customer feedback
•Ability to speak in public and converse with clients during events
Education / Experience and Skills
•Wine studies degree would be an advantage
•Minimum of five years experience as Sommelier(ère)
•Excellent communication skills, with fluency in French and English
•Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
•A Team Spirits player with a charismatic personality
