Analyse, develop, test and implement software solutions using our development tools and methodologies.

Software Developer (experience required: minimum of 3 years)

 Functional Skills:

• Strong background in any programming language

• Ability to understand requirements as a complete picture, clarify if necessary and come up with areas that need to be converted into specifications.

•  Strong programming logic

• Write clean code (No long functions, comments explaining unusual code, bug fixes, code assumptions)

Behavioural skills

• interacts in an open and truthful manner, respects differences/diversity within the team and works towards uplifting the performance of the team

• does not engage in destructive criticism against colleagues and backstabbing.

2. Positive attitude:

• cares about the project and the organisation.

• is willing to go to great lengths to get the job done.

3. Strong communication skills:

• able to understand problems clearly, break them down into hypotheses and propose solutions in a coherent manner.

• does not need to have everything written down in a specifications document.

• interacts in a confident, transparent and trustful manner with colleagues and clients.

• proficient in written and oral English and French

• has strong work ethic and shows up at meetings on time.

• has the ability to estimate the amount of time needed to complete a task.
