Showroom Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and sales-oriented Showroom Supervisor for our Huawei Experience Store based in Grand-Bay Coeur de Ville.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in identifying and analysing their needs, and efficiently assist customers to identify suitable products that will be used to derive a solution to meet their requirements;
• Introduce and demonstrate IT products, and engage the consumer's interest;
• Supervise and ensure that quotes are prepared and submitted to customer as per their requirement and within the predefined deadline;
• Ensure that a close follow-up is maintained by the Sales Representatives for all quotes submitted and provide assistance if need be;
• Supervise and ensure that sales process are being performed as per the existing procedures;
• Maintain proper control over all purchase orders and ensures daily monitoring is performed to ensure that purchase orders are released and approved;
• Prepare status reports including daily sales report, update of customer database, promotional items sales status, funnel report, closings, follow-up of customers, and any other report designed by management in adherence to goals;
• Exert close control over the daily banking  process and ensure the exact amount cash & cheque collected from daily sales transaction are banked;
• Maintain an efficient monitoring over the stock of parts and ensures that a weekly inventory count is performed to maintain the stock as per the figures on the system;
• Ensure that procedures are adhered to by all staff and performs daily supervision to ensure that there are no deviations to established processes, policies and standards.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum HSC
• Diploma or Degree in Sales/ Marketing / Customer Service/ Information Technology would constitute an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a retail sales environment.
• Experience in an IT retail environment would constitute an advantage.

• Up-to-date knowledge of Huawei products

• Good leadership skills

OTHERS:

• Ability to work during odd hours and on weekends
• Residing in the vicinity of Port-Louis/ Northern Region is a definite advantage
