Shop Supervisors are responsible for the daily running of shops.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the smooth running of the shop
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Coach, counsel, and empower employees about store products, proper customer service skills, sales techniques and general shop operational issues.
- Monitor compliance to operational, safety, or inventory control procedures, including physical security standards.
- Ensure that the shop meet monthly sales objectives and target.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Ensure that customer complaints and problems are solved by determining the best solution.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum SC
- 3 year experience in any supervisory level
- Proactive and fashion conscious
- Ability to lead a team to beat monthly sales target
Candidates must reside in the vicinity of Albion, Bambous, Tamarin, Case Noyale and La Gaulette
