Shop Assistant for Beau- Vallon, Plaisance and Curepipe shops

The Shop Assistant shall assist in the outlet proper operational needs by ensuring core functions, such as maximising sales of garments, optimum stock control and excellent customer service.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet customers
• Assist customers in their buying decisions
• Compute sales transaction and ensure effective cash management
• Ensure cleanliness of retail outlets
• Handle customer queries and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE  

• Minimum SC
• Minimum one year experience on sales floor

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Able to converse in a courteous and polite manner
• Possess a cheerful, friendly and 'Can do' attitude
• Fluency in spoken and written English/French
