Task description;
The Service Desk Specialist ensures good customer service relationship for the client mobile fleet within his/her perimeter in accordance with the company's procedures and with a constant concern for customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely processing of large account client request (verbal and written) on following perimeters and provide necessary support in handling of customer incidents
Knowledge and abilities required :
Working hours: 40 hours per week (excluding 1 hour lunch break). 24/7 contract – may work on French Business Hours depending on the nature of the activity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Degree Holder
1 to 2 years working experience in Customer Service sector
