Senior Web Application Developer

One of our client, a reputable Mauritian and South African ICT company is looking to hire a versatile, hands-on and self-directed Web Application Developer:

What you will be doing:

• Architecting and designing complex and high performance, scalable front end systems on desktop and mobile platforms

• Completing all phases of software development life cycle

What you need:

• Three(3) years minimum overall professional application development experience.

• Good collaboration skills in a team environment to work on large applications

• Sound knowledge of object oriented programming methodology

• Experience with open source technologies is required: PHP(Preferred Laravel Framework), HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Experience with Progressive Web Application and Python would be an advantage

• Knowledge of source control and collaboration tools is required

• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills

• Understanding and analysing software requirements should be second nature

• Working both autonomously and in team

• Experience working in an Agile development environment

• Good Proficiency in English Communication, Verbal and Written
