• Provide consistent professional spa treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Ensure individualised guest service through acknowledging and responding to their needs and expectations
• Ensure proper stocking of all spa amenities, toiletries and linen items.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring adherence to all Health and safety, sanitation and quality norms
• Actively promote and upsell the services offered by the spa such as spa treatments, fitness programs, promotion and/or discounts available amongst others in order to achieve the sales and profitability targets set for the Club.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guest needs.
• Ensure highest quality of service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Assistant Club Manager in ensuring that spa procedures, codes of practice and guidelines are adhered to whether it be the completion of health questionnaires, maintenance of client treatment records or dealing with customer complaints.
• Oversee the booking of treatments and ensure that treatments are sensibly allocated to each therapist and that the staff roster is geared up at all times to ensure treatments are carried out smoothly and on time.
• Ensure that knowledge of all stocked spa products and treatments amongst staff is up-to date and to implement a training plan on a monthly basis.
• Provide direct support to the Assistant Club Manager in daily spa operations and administration.
• Any other cognate duties as delegated by management

DESIRED PROFILE

• Diploma in Spa Therapy or any other equivalent qualifications in massage, face and body therapy
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Hotel spa
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Customer driven  and flexible
• Proficient in English and French ( verbal and written)
• Guest-oriented with a radiate enthusiasm to assist people
• Computer Literate
• Excellent grooming and presentation
• Outgoing and pleasant personality
• Good leadership and training skills
