- Supervise the quality of the service offered to guests
- Regularly checks if clients have any additional needs and checks for satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and reports to his/her superior
- Converse with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Provide efficient products advices to guests after treatments or at any request from the guest,
- Properly handle all products, materials and equipment to avoid breakages and wastage
- Participate in inventories
- Encourage upselling
- Supervise attendance of therapists and ensure that there is complete coverage at all times during the shift
- Makes inventory of materials and equipment for stock control
- Involve in all marketing operations
- Ensure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System
- Ensure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
- Help therapists in their duties
- Ensure cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipments in Spa
- Ensure duties and responsibilities’ of Spa manager and Assistant Spa manager during their absence towards his/her team
- Studies and evaluates Spa operations and suggests improvements
- Supervise all the specific maintenance/cleaning and set up of materials and all Spa areas.
- Ensure reception responsibilities in the absence of Receptionist / Spa Manager (invoices, consultations, reports, inventories…)
