Supervises and coordinates activities of Spa Therapist to ensure prompt and efficient service to guests as per Standards. Identify all training needs and ensure effective follow up
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
•SC level or equivalent, professional training and professional experience
•Recognised qualification in Aesthetics and Massage Therapy
• 1 - 2 years working experience at Reception in a Hotel Spa Environment
•Computer literacy including hotel management system such as Opera, Micros, Win HMS…
•Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage


OTHER REQUIRMENT
- Hold a clear certificate of Character
- Live in the vicinity of the North
