Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Sales Representative for its operations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the good operations of the Hotel and provide all necessary coaching to the Sales Representative.
Greet and answer to queries / requests from clients.
Keep informed of the technical and commercial specifications of all the products sold by the company.
Be aware of the latest trends in the jewellery and watch-making industry.
Advise client adequately.
Adhere to all instruction and work procedures from the Marketing & Administrative Coordinator.
Promote customer loyalty of recurring visitors and gain new customers to improve the profitability of the shop.
Remain accessible at all times during the shop opening hours
Sell products as per the established internal procedures and in line with the local customs regulations
Prepare all sales documents.
Receive payment through credit cards, cash or cheques.
Seal the delivery envelope in front of the client and request the client to sign on the envelope.
Use a Confirmed by stamp and sign on the envelope.
Handle the products with care at all times and avoid falls, deterioration or negligent handling.
Monitor the transfer of products between shops
Maintain good professional relationships with the hotel personnel.
Be responsible for the good running of the shop, the safe-keeping of the products.
Apply all security measures for the safe keeping of all products and stock at all times.
Supervise the job done by the Sales Representative working in the same shop and make sure all assigned tasks are done correctly.
