Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the leisure sector, is looking for a Senior Relations Executive.

 

Our client, in the leisure sector, is looking for a IRS - Senior Relations Executive.

Reporting to the Head of Property, the successful candidate will be responsible for Handing Over of the units to IRS homeowners, maintaining excellent relations with the homeowners and ensuring necessary liaison between the different stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:

Clients Relationship

  • Maintain excellent relationships with the villas/apartments owners
  • Communicate regularly with villas/apartments owners
  • Attend to the villas/apartments owners queries and requests
  • Ensure villas/apartments owners’ satisfaction.

Project Monitoring

  • Main contact person to the homeowners
  • Conducting the handing over of the units to the homeowners
  • Main contact person to the homeowners
  • Conducting the handing over of the units to the homeowners
  • Recording and follow up of snags as pointed out by homeowners
  • Ensure all administrative works related to handing over of units are effectively conducted, such as signature of handing over documents & keys etc
  • Follow up of all activities related to handing over of units
  • Follow up and check if units are ready with the “wow effect” for handing over to homeowners
  • Liaise with development manager for retrieval of all homeowners information
  • Preparation of Welcome/Handing Over Pack
  • Ensure that all homeowners queries and requests are being effectively carried out
  • Follow up and necessary reporting for the homeowners ‘queries
  • Ensure effective liaison between homeowners, development manager and the Company
  • Do necessary liaison with service providers where necessary
  • Do necessary liaison with the rental pool management company
  • Do necessary liaison and coordination between the homeowners and Deco pack agent
  • Do necessary liaison with the Deco pack agent for installation of packs where applicable
  • Proper coordination of any works that fall within the defects liability period
  • Ensure effective management of handing over keys of villas/apartments keys to owners.

Communication

  • Plan and manage communication with all villas/apartments owners
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with the Technical Executive Team and the Project Team
  • Excellent working relationship with Development Manager, Project Manager and Consultants working on the project

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit regular management reports on:
    • Clients requests and complaints update
    • Snagging updates
    • Handing over schedules
    • Buyers’ changes update
    • Deco packs updates
    • Rental Pool updates
  • Any other assignments as delegated.

Candidate profile:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
  • Out-going personality and proactive
  • Experience in relations with high-level clients would be an advantage.
