Senior Recruiter - Life Sciences ( Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics )

Looking for a Senior Recruiter for Life Sciences to work with our sister company Assystem in France.

- Headhunting for professionals for clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Sourcing, selection and negotiation of potential candidates to meet client's requirements.

- Work in close collaboration with Account Managers and Business Developers.

- Develop database for future hiring needs of clients and company strategy. 

EMPLOYEE PROFILE :

- Good communication skills in French ( both written and oral ) is MANDATORY.

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in Life Sciences.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
