Senior Merchandiser

World Knits Limited is looking to hire 1 Senior Merchandiser for its Head Office at Vuillemin, Quartier-Militaire.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 - Manage a team of merchandisers to meet business and service levels for a client portfolio

 - Ensure clients' requests and priorities are completed on time and as per procedures

 - Train, motivate and empower team members on supply chain management

 - Perform regular checks on products, critical path and team activity and intervene to avoid going off target

 - Keep a constant flow of communicationwith stakeholders and foster business relationships with each

 - Troubleshoot and negotiate to minimise delay and cost

- Participate in management projects and systems improvement

Profile:

 The ideal candidate should:

 - Have at least 7 years of experience in a similar post

 - Be dynamic with strong problem solving skills

 - Have ease of communication and organisation
