JOB OBJECTIVE

The Security Officer is responsible to abide with all security responsibilities and involvement; guard, patrol, monitor premises to guarantee safe work environment, protect people, prevent theft, violence, and infractions of rules.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 To welcome, guide & secure customers & employees as per our internal  security SOP.

To record all out / in movement of vehicles .

• To hand over and take over all security aspects at gate and in yard.
• To respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following  emergency response procedure.
• To monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• To answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed.
• To call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• To politely warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary.
• To answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
• To inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, or machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience as security officer
• At least SC
