The mission of the Sales and Support Officer is primarily to engage with companies and on-board them with the CyberVadis solution, follow up with leads via SalesForce, providing support, guidance and satisfaction to customers with our services.

 

MISSION

  • Primarily to engage with companies and on-board them with the CyberVadis solution (Email, outbound and inbound calls)

  • Following up with leads assigned to you through Salesforce

  • Ensure the Satisfaction of companies using the solution (providing support and guidance)

  • Promoting the CyberVadis solution to international companies


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • On-boarding and engaging companies undertaking the evaluation (primarily suppliers) by telephone

  • Providing support and guiding them through the evaluation process

  • Ensure that users’ expectations of CyberVadis are positive, ensuring companies’ participation and boosting response rates of campaigns

  • Participating in campaign launches, qualification of companies’ activities (prior to launching)

  • Participating in coordination of tasks and projects to improve company adoption, communication, awareness, and internal engagement processes

  • Additional responsibilities related to the function may be required

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

  • B2B and SAAS experience favourable
  • Strong customer service spirit + experience (Telephone + Email, Chat would be a real plus)
  • Leadership experience would be preferred, but not essential
  • Pre-Sales experience preferred but not a pre-requisite
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong ability to engage new customers, must have an excellent understanding of business.
  • Self-starter, dynamic (e.g. take on task to improve engagement experience by updating help centre etc).
  • Help contribute to new processes (prior experience in setting up + contributing to innovations and improvements would be favourable).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree in a business or management related discipline, or international relations would be preferred, but applicants with other backgrounds and a demonstrated interest in IT Security will be considered

  • Must be fluent in English and another language (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese or any other)

  • Autonomous and self-driven

  • International Exposure or comfortable working in an international company

  • Willing to work in a start-up environment (it may be required to turn the hand to other tasks depending on the company needs)
