The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities for the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

• Day to day management of the sales and marketing team
• Set and monitor KPI’s of the team
• Coach, train and mentor team as appropriate
• Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets
• Provide direction for production planning
• Network with directors and CEO’s to generate new business for the company
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Research and recommend new opportunities
• Develop promotional ideas and material
• Manage the annual contract negotiations
• Develop and implement strategic sales & Marketing plans and forecasts
• Identify key areas for improvement in process and give recommendation
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts and competition status
• Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image
• Produce regular sales report and forecast

Qualification:

• Degree level, in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
