Sales and Marketing Assistant

CAPFOR Mauritius is a Recruitment, Training & HR Consultancy firm. We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic person for the position of Sales and Marketing Assistant for one of our client.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Sales and Marketing assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Assist Sales with administrative duties such as creating contracts, entering group bookings in as well as responding to clients;
• Contact , meet and greet clients;
• Receive clients in the office;
• Book and coordinate events;
• Organize and able to process bookings/orders;
• Take care of the clients of the Domaine;
• Draft and handover contracts;
• Follow-up with clients;
• Be in contact with the staff of the Domaine;
• Maintain good relationship with clients and staff;
• Do all the administrative tasks;
• Travel as and when required.

 Your Profile:

• At least a diploma in Marketing or equivalent;
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in the marketing field;
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays; mainly Saturdays (sometimes full day)
• Strong motivational, organizational and verbal communication skills;
• Team-player mindset with high level of dedication;
• Fluent in English and French language ;
• Polite, friendly , outgoing, nice and pleasant personality;
• Goal-oriented and having a strong knowledge of customer service best practices;
• An administrative or sales background;
• Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office;
• A valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation (car) would be an advantage.
