Our client, in the Corporate Services / Entertainment sector, is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive.
Our client, in the Corporate Services / Entertainment sector, is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales, drafting sales plans along with the director.
Main responsibilities
Marketing:
- Develop strategies and tactics to get increase visibility of the organization in the various markets.
- Deploy and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Experiment with a variety of channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media.
- Build strategic and long-lasting relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Sales:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Candidate profile:
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Strong business sense and industry expertise;
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
- A driving license is compulsory.
