Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the Corporate Services / Entertainment sector, is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive.

 

Our client, in the Corporate Services / Entertainment sector, is looking for a Sales and Business Development Executive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales, drafting sales plans along with the director.

Main responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get increase visibility of the organization in the various markets.
  • Deploy and implement successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experiment with a variety of channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media.
  • Build strategic and long-lasting relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Sales:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

Candidate profile:

  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
  • A driving license is compulsory.
