Main Duties

. Be responsible to validate all quotations sent to customers on the system and ensure the availability of all products at all times in stock.

Ensure the effective, accurate and timely execution of sales orders (including all documentations and recording in the system and files, e,g invoicing, filing of sales order etc).

Ensure all delivery to customers are made against Delivery note and Invoice.

. Monitor, follow up and action on daily orders so as to ensure a timely delivery as per the right quantity and quality to the satisfaction of customers and Management.

Prepare customers` invoice and file sales orders.

. Assist the Marketing & Admin Officer in all Printed Matter whenever required.

. Liaise with suppliers for all purchases of products and ensure delivery of same as per established procedure.

. Create new product on the online platform, ensuring reference is made as per correct specification.

. Carry out administrative tasks effectively and on a timely basis so as to have updated information all the time.

. Assist other members of the team as and when required.

. Conduct stock inventory and update stock figures in the system.

. Manage all incoming order and prepare purchase order, ensuring a timely delivery to end customers.

 

Qualifications and Experience

. Higher School Certificate.

Two years` experience in the performance of the above duties would be desirable, but not essential - preferably in the printing industry.

Extrovert with an outgoing personality.

Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo editing software.

. Creativity, innovation and problem solving skills.

. Excellent time management and organisational skills.

. Accuracy and attention to details.

. Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
