The Job incumbent shall be responsible for the sales of Garage Equipment and all associated services to clients and shall provide premium customer service. He/she shall be responsible to prepare quotations, effect product ordering and delivery and liaise with suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential;
- Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
- Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
- Analysing costs and sales;
- Preparing reports;
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Knowledge in physics and mathematics would be an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in sales of equipment
- Valid driving license
