Our Client is seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
. Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
. Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team as well as plan and direct sales team training
. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
. Develop promotional ideas and material
. Coach, train and mentor team as appropriate
. Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
. Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts
. Follow up of delivery schedules for timely visit of merchandisers
. Monitor merchandisers daily check list and conduct back checking & surprise checks when required
Profile:
. Business degree or related professional qualification
. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
. Proven experience in customer relationship management
. Experience in managing and directing a sales team
. Experience with relevant software applications
. Technical sales skills
. Knowledge of market research
. Relevant product and industry knowledge
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French)
. Organization and planning
