Dry mixed Products Ltd, member of UBP Group, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager who will report to the General Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the setting up of the strategic sales plan
- Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of sales plan
- Organize and follow up of day to day sales activity including distribution
- Prepare regular report and come up with appropriate analysis, recommendation and action plan
- Define appropriate Training & Support to sales representatives
- Handle customer complaints and follow up accordingly
- Propose adequate solutions and alternatives to better fulfill market needs
Candidate profile:
- Diploma/Degree in Sales or an equivalent qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- System and customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Computer literate (experience with software solutions)
- Valid driving license
- High level of initiative, team-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
