Sales Coordinator

Provide administrative support in up-selling activities of products to targeted and potential clients and building up all necessary reports for Manager.

 

Main Duties

  • Conduct and present price surveys in collaboration with sales staff.
  • Keep updated on market evolution e.g. product knowledge.
  • Actively participate in sales meeting and do the follow of all points discussed in the meeting.
  • Prepare dsales analysis report as & when required.
  • Ensure that important indicators are highlighted to Managers such as cumulative sales, monthly comparison on yearly basis.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or any other equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Knowledge of medical equipment industry would be a definite advantage.

 

Other Requisites

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to work on long and odd hours
  • Good report writing skills
  • Computer literate and at ease with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Power Point)
