As an experienced Systems Administrator, you will work with a fast moving creative operations team. This individual will be responsible for all technical aspects of the organization's internal information technology and systems.
Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
Install, configure, administer & maintain all server, storage, telephony & network infrastructure
Ensure all backups and archiving are being performed as required & tested
Manage security of systems & networks, including user accounts, groups, permissions, access rights, group policies, antivirus, access lists
Diagnose, troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software or network problems
Ensure appropriate actions are taken as a result of alarms raised by systems & network monitoring
Proactively monitor performance of systems & networks & determine the need for change, upgrade, repair or replacement
Review logs of servers, network appliances & other systems & take necessary corrective & preventive actions
Provide technical support to users for tickets raised via the service desk & keep users
informed regarding the resolution
Ensure assigned tasks/projects are carried out & completed in a timely & efficient manner
Maintain updated software & hardware assets inventory
Develop & maintain documentation of all current systems & networks
Ensure maintenance of printers, UPS, generators & other systems is performed by vendors as per maintenance contracts
Maintain current knowledge of technological advances in the field
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

Qualifications: Network+/CCNA, MCSE, Linux, Cloud desirable
Work experience: minimum of 2 years in similar position
