QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • Fluent in English & French, both speaking and writing • 3 years’ experience as system administration in reputed company • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field • Relevant certification in IT preferably CCNA/ MCP/MCSE. – Mandatory

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Delivery of Microsoft technologies like DNS/ DHCP/ Exchange/ Group Policies/ Windows 2012/ 2008
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft online technologies like: Office 365, Hybrid email systems, Azure – IaaS/ PaaS/ Websites
  • Support and configure Hyper V, VMware systems and clusters.
  • Manage multi domain Email servers/ mail flow and security around mail systems
  • Responsible for managing cisco network around routing, ACL, switching/ VLAN.
  • Managing the company’s IT system in providing level 3 (L3) support
  • Implementing and maintaining the solution design agreed with the customer
  • Acting as a point of contact with customer (Internal or external) for resolving the issues on technologies in scope
  • Ensuring the deliverables is meeting the committed SLA
  • Monitoring and review the support processes
  • Establish policies, procedures, and best practices for delivering service
  • Monitor trouble ticket trends and other information relevant to resolving the issues
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
  • Review application logs
  • On call availability – Onsite and offsite
  • Exposure to Linux will be counted as an added advantage. 

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Advanced knowledge of system vulnerabilities and security issues
  • Excellent IT and programming skills
  • Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and during odd hours to meet tight deadlines
  • Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
  • Willingness to give best and available for 24x7 interventions.
Salary: Rs.15,000- Rs.25,000
