To operate, monitor, maintain, and trouble-shoot the wastewater treatment facility
Maintains serviceable condition of STP 1, 2 & 4, by planning daily, weekly and monthly work schedule as per recommendations by the suppliers; investigating related issues; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Establishes service by studying system requirements; preparing orders for approval, following approved orders until delivery; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
Monitors treated water quality, conducting and/or ordering test as and when required and ensure irrigation water is as per standard.
Maintains rapport with Management by examining issues; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Leads proactive measures for efficient operations of the plants and irrigation system.
Documents services, processes, procedures and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Updates job knowledge by participating in informal training of other technicians, offering support to Centre Management Team and Management.
Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed maintains Management confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
A High School Diploma
NTC 2 or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sewage Treatment plant is necessary
Wastewater Process troubleshooting, Electric Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information
