RESPONSIBLE FOR A TEAM OF POOL OPERATORS
MANAGE THE PLANNING OF THE OPERATORS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor punctuality of team members and check the cleanliness, completeness, functionality of their uniforms And equipments
- Timely submission and monitoring of Time sheets to HR dept as established by the company
- Make tour of pools and perform random checks mainly on cleanliness (taking photos when necessary)
- Report faults to client and establish quotations for minor repairs (light, standard repairs like changing bulbs, bearings, etc)
- Obtain client’s approval and plan intervention with your team or Watertech’s intervention team
- Liaise with the After Sales Manager for major repairs, follow up on timely quotation and acceptance of the
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Diploma / dust - Electrical background
* Working experience in the field will be an advantage
* Good communication skills
* Holder of a valid driving licence
