In charge of Reservation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist visitors and deal with inquiries over the phone / face to face
- Answer internal/external calls for booking and planning of tasks
- Assist in the Workshop planning using appropriate software
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service (both internal and external)
Requirements:
- Holder of HSC/ Diploma
- At least 1 year’ experience in a similar position
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Experience in the automobile industry will be an advantage
