This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced process driven Administrator, ideally with experience in the HR/Recruitment field, looking to join a hardworking yet fun Recruitment team.

 

You will be providing support to the Recruitment Team throughout the end to end recruitment process whilst being very hands on with job applicants and any enquiries they may have. You will be interested in building relationships with people internally and externally and will possess a natural, confident, warm and open communication style, both face to face and on the phone.  As an ambassador for the Company, you will need to display professionalism and maintain confidentiality of information at all times.  If you think this is the job for you, we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of the internal Applicant Tracking System with responsibility for the accuracy of the information held on the system
  • Being a point of contact for candidates during all stages of the recruitment process whilst ensuring a consistent, positive experience
  • Recruitment Mailbox Management – dealing with queries, sending interview confirmation emails etc.
  • Using spreadsheets and other applications to record and process financial documentation related to customer accounts

Knowledge, technical skills, qualifications & experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally as part of a recruitment team)
  • Team working skills as well as the ability to work alone
  • Extremely IT competent with excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail which must be maintained for long periods of time.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and deliver to set timeframes
  • Strong and confident interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and display the highest level of integrity
  • Holder of a clean certificate of character
  • Fluent in English and French
  • A willingness to work flexible hours when required
  • Database admin and reports generation experience would be an advantage
  • Educated to Diploma level or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
