Our Client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Telephonist for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Meeting and greeting of visitors, investors, delegation, meeting attendees.
. Understanding, anticipating and delivering a unique investor experience.
. Responding positively to both internal and external customers through effective communication.
. Ensuring the reception area is kept clean and to the company standards.
. Dealing with emergencies and inform the Administrative Department immediately.
. Sending reminders and tasks to the company staff.
. Booking of meeting rooms and conferencing resources.
. Liaising with dispatch courier reception, and signing packages.
. Directing bidders to tender box for bid submission.
. Liaising with the company administration for catering requirements for meetings.
. Handling incoming calls in a professional manner.
. Taking and transferring phone messages.
. Updating the phone lists.
. Updating the Investment Information System with visitors information and phone call details
Profile:
. SC
. Experience as Receptionist / Telephonist would be an advantage
. Fluent in French and English
. Pleasant personality
