- To greet guests at the airport and ensure that they are escorted safely to their transport.
- To greet guests on arrival at the hotel and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
- To handle guest complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow up.
- To upsell all hotel facilities.
- To assist the cashiers with guest billing procedures.
- To efficiently carry out all guest check out procedures.
- To carry out administrative requirements as directed
Prior experience in hospitality industry and clean morality certificate
Knowledge of Opera would be a definite advantage.
