Our Client: Our client, a large private organisation, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Receptionist.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls;
  • Handle incoming / outgoing mails and courier services;
  • Agenda management - Organizing and scheduling appointments and conference calls / room booking / notifying attendees / follow up
  • Ensure regular visits to all sites are scheduled and attended;
  • Provide logistics support;
  • Interact with senior management, fielding enquiries and take instructions;
  • Provide Operational and Administrative support;
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Your profile:

  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position;
  • Diploma holder or Minimum HSC holder;
  • Self motivated and dynamic;
  • Good communication skills ( Both English & French - Oral and Written);
  • Well conversant with Microsoft Office Productivity Tools and other IT applications;
  • Good planning, analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to take initiative.
