Created in 2015, Umbrella C Ltd is a Domestic Company with a Sole Director and Shareholder. The Company provide services focusing on Management Consultancy activities including; Finance, IT, Facilities Management and Communication & Event Management.
As a Receptionist, your tasks are below:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Receive and transfer callers in an efficient manner to the appropriate department
- Manage the courier despatching, staff transport planning and the supplies of stationeries
- Maintain database and assist with filing and payroll info as needed
- Processing of Purchase and Sales invoice
- Record of Customer payment
- Purchase Order and bank reconciliation
- Route incoming mail, calls and other correspondence
- Responsible of the reception, registration and the samples of filing
- Responsible of liaison and process of documents with the HRDC, MQA and training institutions
- Responsible of Work Permit and Occupation Permit
- Responsible of Stationery and stock management
- Responsible of IT quote follow up
- Assist with other administrative clerical duties
Qualifications and Experiences:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in the use of computers, including accounting software, database software, document management software, and Microsoft Office
- 2 to 3 years experiences as an Administrative Clerk in the same fields
- Strong communication skills; ability to interact productively with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
- Good organizational skills and excellent time management.
