DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule all inbound deliveries & ensure purchase order number is on all paperwork.
• Maintain proper delivery records.
• Record & check quantity & quality of good received.
• Inspect, accept or reject goods which are not in accordance to the hotel’s standards & HOD concerned.
• Communicate & coordinate with appropriate buyer for product returns/repair.
• Properly input received material into computer system & forwards proper documentation to accounts payable.
JOB PROFILE - KEY COMPETENCIES
• Up to SC/HSC.
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory control system.
• Working knowledge in MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the position will be a definite advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must have good communication skills.
