RESTAURANT HOSTESS (DINAROBIN BEACHCOMBER)

Performs a variety of activities related to the section so as to provide prompt and efficient service to guests in line with the hotel’s standards

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Certificate or equivalent;
• Previous working experience would be an advantage.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND DISPOSITION:

• Good communication skills and organisational ability;
• Should possess a pleasant and outgoing personality;
• Able and willing to perform odd hours of work including Sundays, public holidays and cyclonic days;
• Fluent in both English and French;
• Knowledge of a third language will be an advantage.
