Quality Trainee

-To perform internal verification of non portable and portable thermometers in outlets -To perform swabbing of surfaces in outlets -To perform a full gap analysis on food safety related issues in outlets

The  selected candidate shold possess the following criterias:

-Good knowledge of food safety management system

-Strong communication and organisational skills

-Be able to work under pressure and under a defined schedule

-Be proactive, polyvalent and willing to work in a team

Educational background

-A degree in Food Science/ Quality & Food Safety or any related field

Period of intership: 3 to 4 months
