Our client, in the hospitality sector, is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to:
-Ensure that the Standards set-up by the Group are implemented.
-Maintain, monitor & verify the quality, branding and customer service standards at hotel level as part of our Brand Standards.

-Maintain, monitor & verify the quality, branding and customer service standards at hotel level as part of our Brand Standards.
- Key responsabilities
- Provide support to the team for Environmental, General Safety & Food Safety standards.
- Control and monitoring of the Group Brand Standards through continual audit process at hotel levels.
- Ensure standards are rightly translated and applied by Artisans as part of their day to day work and in line with our Brand Promise.
- Coaching at hotel level and training, working in close collaboration with related hotel departments and L&D, as part of remedial actions.
- Help establish, validate and implement new internal procedures as applicable.
- Provide recommendations for improvement to be brought to standards, at group level and/or appropriation at hotel level, to build a structured continual improvement process and quality system within the organization and further enhance our transversal approach.
- Devise auditable checklists and appropriate auditing tools and mechanisms.
- Monitor performance through gathering of relevant data, analysis and production of statistical information.
- Help prepare teams for 3rd party audits, including Earth Check. And, accompany auditors during audits.
- Sharing of best practices within hotels as applicable.
- Coordinate project cells in line with identified projects. Assisting the Manager in the day to day operations as required
Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management/Project Management/Business Development or related field.Minimum of 5 years experiences in Quality Assurance within hotel sector/Experience with international groups a definite advantage.
